1. The 90-Day Sprout Guarantee
Every seed pack we ship is covered by our sprout guarantee: if your seeds don't sprout within 90 days of delivery (or within 90 days of your recommended sowing window, whichever is later — fall-sown seeds are meant to wake in spring), we will re-send the same varieties free of charge. No photos to submit, no forms to fill in, no questions asked. Simply reply to your order email or write to info@gardenversia.com with your order number.
The guarantee is fulfilled by re-shipment. Because the seeds in a promotional pack are free and you paid only for shipping, a refund of the shipping fee is offered instead of a re-shipment if you prefer.
2. Free Seed Packs (Fall Sowing Giveaway)
For promotional seed packs, the seeds themselves are free and you pay a flat shipping & handling fee. If your pack does not arrive, arrives damaged, or does not sprout, we re-ship it free. If you change your mind before the pack has been handed to USPS, write to us and we will cancel the order and refund the shipping fee in full.
3. Paid Add-Ons (Complete Fall Kit, Seed Tripler, Kitchen Garden Kit)
Seed add-ons carry the same 90-day sprout guarantee and are re-shipped free if they don't sprout. Digital trainings included in the Kitchen Garden Kit can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. An add-on can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the envelope has been handed to USPS.
4. Versia Seed Club and the Versia Garden App
Both subscriptions start with a free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. After the trial, you can cancel at any time: online in one click from the link in any of our subscription emails, by replying to any email from us, or through our contact form. Cancellation stops all future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid. A charge you did not recognise, or a renewal within 14 days of which you contact us, is refunded in full.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. We confirm every refund by email.
