Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
Versia Garden ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Hawaii (every seed shipment into Hawaii requires inspection by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture), Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO addresses or any destination outside the United States. The checkout will not accept an address in those locations.
2. Carrier and Delivery Time
Seed packs ship by USPS First-Class Mail with tracking. Orders are packed and handed to USPS within 24–48 hours (business days) of payment. Most packs arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping; rural addresses and the busiest weeks of the fall season can take a little longer. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your pack is scanned by USPS.
3. Shipping Cost
Promotional seed packs (such as the Fall Sowing Giveaway) are free — you pay a flat $7.95 shipping & handling fee, which covers the padded mailer, packing and USPS tracked delivery. When you add the Complete Fall Kit to a giveaway order, shipping on the whole order is free. Add-ons accepted after checkout (Seed Tripler, Kitchen Garden Kit) ship in the same envelope at no extra shipping cost. The exact amount is always shown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
4. Fall Sowing and Timing
Every pack ships with a printed quick-start card and a digital sowing guide timed to the state you ordered from: whether your window is open now, opens in October, or starts after your first hard frosts. If you order late in the season, your seeds still keep: sow them as a dormant sowing on cold bare ground, or keep the packet sealed and sow in early spring.
5. Seed Club Deliveries
Seed Club members receive a seasonal pack chosen in the Versia Garden app, shipped by the same USPS service at no extra cost. The first pack travels with your initial order when eligible.
6. Address Accuracy
Please check your street address, city, state and 5-digit ZIP code before paying. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@gardenversia.com — we can correct it until the pack has been handed to USPS. Packs returned to us as undeliverable are re-shipped once at no charge.
7. Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your pack arrives damaged or not at all, write to us and we will re-ship it free of charge. No photos or forms are required.
